I’m here to support you.

Thank you for taking interest in working with me. I can’t wait to learn more about you.

If we’re going to work together, it’s about to get vulnerable! I’ll share a bit about myself first to get the conversation started.

Here are a few of my favorite things:

  • Learning about psychology (maybe that one’s obvious)

  • Dancing Brazilian Zouk

  • Teaching couples how to dance together

  • Getting outdoors with my dogs, family and friends

  • Reading and drinking a cup of coffee or tea

  • Listening to music, playing guitar, and attending live concerts

  • Practicing yoga & meditation

  • Travel, learning new languages, and experiencing different cultures

Alright, shall we get a little deeper?

The truth is… being a therapist is deeply personal to me. I don’t take it lightly, because I’ve been through my own process of healing past traumas that I once believed were un-resolvable. I’m committed to ongoing inner work and self-growth in my life, and I see that as a necessity to being an effective therapist. You deserve a therapist who knows this journey deeply, who willingly looks inward, and who values ongoing education on the latest research and interventions. That’s my way of making sure that you are in good hands when you’re learning and growing with me.

I’m constantly striving for a balance between playfulness and seriousness, hard work and ease, light and shadow, big leaps and small steps. I believe that balancing these polarities with flexibility creates sustainability and health. It’s likely that our process together will be both deep and meaningful as well as fun and creative.
