It’s time to heal the past & experience deep connection.
Meet Rachael Rosner, MA, LPC, R-DMT
How I Work
At the core of my approach to therapy is the belief that you are whole and there is nothing to “fix.”
Trauma or a history of unhealthy relationships will often leave us feeling “broken.”
I want to assure you that you are not broken.
You just need some support and the right tools to help you return to yourself.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
— Carl G. Jung
In therapy with me…
You are respected and honored.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out and seek support, and I respect you deeply for doing so. We make the world a safer and more loving place when we take it upon ourselves to heal.
I always work from the assumption that your mind and body have been incredibly wise in navigating your life and keeping you safe. There is no judgment for anything you’ve done in the past or anything that’s been done to you.
You’ll learn a lot.
Trauma recovery is a journey of reclaiming all the parts of you that have had to shrink or hide away over the years. So, it’s likely you will learn a lot about yourself. You’ll also learn a ton of skills and tools to support coping with stress and challenges, processing emotions, recovering from trauma, improving your relationships, and more.
You are in charge.
This is your life and this is your therapy process. You are always in the driver’s seat, determining what you want to focus on and what your goals are. I’m here to support you and offer structure and guidance in the process. There is never any pressure to try experiential therapies or process trauma until you’re ready. My policy is to go slow and steady.
We’ll go deep.
Many of today’s solutions for relationship problems are simply too surface-level, leading many to feel like they’re just going in circles, never making real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so we go deep to discover the root causes for your relationship challenges.

Being a therapist is deeply personal to me. I don’t take it lightly, because I’ve been through my own process of healing past traumas that I once believed were un-resolvable. I’m incredibly grateful to my therapists who helped me stay hopeful and heal.
I’m committed to ongoing inner work and self-growth in my life, and I see that as a necessity to being an effective therapist. You deserve a therapist who knows this journey deeply, who willingly looks inward, and who values ongoing education on the latest research and interventions.
That’s my way of making sure that you are in good hands when you’re learning and growing with me.
